Who we serve
White Glove Optometry prepares state licenses for optometrists and the practices, optical chains and tele-optometry companies that employ them. There is no optometry compact, so every added state is a full license. We prepare every supporting document and a guide to each question; you answer, sign, pay the board and sit every exam. Vision plan and payer credentialing is handled by our White Glove Credentialing sister team.

Important Fee Notice
(Prices above do not include the following)
The prices listed above are our service fees only. Costs paid directly to third parties are set by the boards, exam agencies and fingerprint vendors and change from time to time, so we confirm them at intake:
- State license and application fees: vary by board, are non-refundable, and are charged again at each renewal.
- Exam fees: NBEO, state exam and law exam fees, paid to NBEO or the board.
- NPDB and verification fees: self-queries and license verifications, paid to each source.
- Jurisprudence exam fees: where a state charges separately for its own law exam.
- Official transcripts: charged by your optometry school; most boards require them sent directly.
- ARBO fees: for the CELMO certificate and OE TRACKER, paid to ARBO.
- Fingerprinting: state vendor fees, and more for out-of-state hard-card processing.
